THE BIOGRAPHY
OF MILLENCOLIN
Millencolin is a skate band from �rebro in Sweden. The singer Nikola Sarcevic who also plays the bass and the guitar-player Mathias F�rm left their band "Singmenn" and formed "Millecolin". Erik Olssen left his band "charles" to play the lead-guitar in Millencolin. Then Fredrik larzon joined to play the drums. He earlier played in a band called "Kung Pung". The band got this setting in october 1992.
Millencolin started playing that went outwell. They recorded some songs and ended up with the demo "Melack". about a half year after that they got singed at "Burning hearts records" and released the 6-track-single "Use your nose". The singel was released in september 1993. The band got a lot of gigs and in may 1994 they released a new 6-track-single called "Skauch". the same year Millencolin recorded and released the album "Tiny tunes". The album sold over 20.000 coies the first month and total today over 60.000 copies have been sold.

The summer of 1995 was a very hectic summer for millencolin, they played at practicaly every festival that was playing on. They also went on tour with another Swedish band, "No fun at all" who cames from Fagersta wher we lives they went to Japan and Germany. Then they came back to Sweden to record some songs. They ended up with the single "The story of my life wich was released in september-95. Then another album was recorded and was very welcomed by the fans. The album was called "Life on a plate". The president of the american record-label was very interested in Millencolin and he decide to release "Life on plate" in the U.S.

Millencolin went out on tour summer 1996 in America and Germany. and in april-97 they recorde their 3rd album called "For monkeys"
